The new MSU Denver Events Calendar has launched, bringing a more accessible and user-friendly experience to campus event listings and promotion.
The enhancement is designed to modernize how events are shared with students, faculty, staff and the broader community with a responsive design that works across devices.
How to submit events
- All departments, programs and units can now submit their events via the calendar’s public submission link at the bottom of the calendar’s homepage.
- Anyone submitting a calendar event will need to sign up for an account using their MSU Denver email address. The sign-up button is in the top right corner of the calendar.
- When submitting a calendar listing, it’s important to select your department or program when prompted. Those submitting events should allow two business days for their listing to be reviewed for publishing.

- All events submitted to the previous version of the events calendar have been migrated to the new platform. The old platform and its links will remain live for a short period before being disabled. Employees are encouraged to use the new platform immediately.
