On Tuesday, the University Communications and Marketing team unveiled a full redesign of the RED website, the University’s primary storytelling platform and official newsroom. The new RED site offers the same excellent reporting and Colorado-centric news, feature stories, photography and videos in a sleek, modern and easy-to-navigate interface for a better user experience.

“RED will continue to demonstrate MSU Denver’s mission and values through compelling storytelling that leverages the expertise of our faculty and staff and the voices of our amazing students and alumni,” said John Arnold, editor-in-chief and senior director of communications. “But thanks to feedback from our readers and months of hard work by our digital and communications teams, we’ve got a site that organizes and showcases our expanding library of stories in a more intuitive way, with an expanded focus on video and photography.”

RED delivers Colorado-flavored news and culture stories that are timely and relevant, featuring MSU Denver voices, programs, experts and perspectives. The publication produces awarding-winning content on arts and culture, aviation and aerospace, business and economics, climate and environment, cybersecurity, education, food and hospitality, health, lifestyle, politics, science and technology, social justice, sports and university news – all through the MSU Denver lens.

Check out RED to see how MSU Denver experts are responding to Colorado’s fentanyl epidemic, how the University’s Hospitality program is helping the industry gear up for a “Hot Vax Summer” and see recent stories on renaming Colorado landmarks, the future of cyber war and why the clock might be winding down on daylight saving time.
