Faculty and staff members are invited to help spread the word about student housing opportunities at Lynx Crossing.

Thanks to continued partnership with University of Colorado Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver students can secure housing with adjusted financial-aid budgets for room and board at Lynx Crossing. Not only is it convenient to live, eat and study next door to campus, for students on a tight transportation budget, housing location can be essential to academic success.

Housing rates at Lynx Crossing will start around $4,700 per person (with additional cost for a meal plan). Simplified comprehensive billing for room and board will be added to students’ MSU Denver accounts, where packaged aid will be directly distributed. Students can choose from a variety of studio to four-bedroom-style suites with kitchenettes, along with tiered meal plans containing flex options. Amenities include access to a fitness center, free laundry, community spaces and more.

Student requirements

  • Housing contracts will run a full academic term.
  • Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 semester hours.
  • First-year students are required to pick a meal plan.

Space at Lynx Crossing is limited, so encourage students interested in living there for the 2022-23 academic year to fill out their application online today.

Help spread the word by pointing students to the step-by-step application guide on the housing website found through the “Apply for Lynx Crossing…” button.
