WorkdayFor employees to have a successful and meaningful career at Metropolitan State University of Denver, it is important to properly onboard and offboard them. To support these activities, instructor-led Workday Workshops are now available to provide employees with additional targeted training and hands-on opportunities to learn more about Workday and how to execute a variety of onboarding and offboarding tasks.

Workday Workshops are offered as in-person and virtual sessions covering onboarding and offboarding topics, such as:

  • Recruiting and Onboarding (job requisitions, applicants, offers/onboarding)
  • Team Management (job changes, activity/one-time pay, time/absence)
  • Employee Basics (time/absence, pay information, career/learning)

Through these workshops, employees will receive more in-depth information and practical opportunities to learn how to execute key tasks in Workday associated with the employee life cycle.

There are eight Workday Workshops planned and targeted by audience to include managers, professional staff, faculty, student employees and temporary staff.

In Workday, supervisors now have better tools to welcome new Roadrunners, promote employee engagement throughout their career and offboard/terminate employees quickly and correctly. Workday also makes conducting key tasks easier and more efficient than ever before.
