The Metropolitan State University of Denver community is invited to review and provide feedback on two new policies.
Recommendations will be shared with MSU Denver policy developers, the University Policy Advisory Council and the President’s Cabinet before review and approval by President Janine Davidson, Ph.D., and the Board of Trustees.
Please provide feedback on the policies by Dec. 20:
- Bullying in the Workplace policy: This policy prohibits bullying in the MSU Denver workplace.
- Supplemental Pay policy: A new policy is being introduced to comply with federal guidelines under the Code of Federal Regulations, particularly CFR Part 200, which governs the administration of federal awards. The policy outlines how MSU Denver will compensate employees for extra work and exempts staff members who also teach as affiliate faculty members, up to four credit hours a semester.
University Policy Advisory Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month from 2:30-3:30 p.m. via Teams. The next meeting is tomorrow.
