Nine outstanding Metropolitan State University of Denver staff leaders proudly graduated from the LEAD Leadership Program on Wednesday. This initiative, created by the Leadership and Organizational Engagement team, empowers employees to elevate their leadership skills and make a lasting impact.

The LEAD program is designed for University leaders who are committed to aligning their leadership approach with Pillar V of MSU Denver’s 2030 Strategic Plan. Through dynamic sessions, participants gained practical tools to strengthen management capabilities, inspire and engage their teams, drive meaningful change and foster a healthy, collaborative culture.
