MSU Denver’s 2025 Annual Security Report, required by federal law under the Clery Act, is now available. The report contains important safety and security policy statements as well as crime statistics from the past three years for incidents that occurred within locations covered by campus safety reporting:
- On-campus
- On-campus student housing (if an institution has such properties)
- Public property within campus bounds or immediately adjacent to and accessible from on-campus locations
Noncampus: Buildings and property owned or controlled by the institution that are used for educational purposes and frequently used by students but not a part of the core campus, or those owned or controlled by a student organization officially recognized by the institution
The report includes policies and information on emergencies, misconduct and campus safety procedures, along with crime data from on-campus, off-campus buildings and public areas adjacent to campus are included. Clery reporting is based on crimes reported, not necessarily substantiated or confirmed.
