Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Learning and Development team is proud to announce the fall offering for LEAD, a leadership-development cohort program. The purpose of this program is to engage our leaders’ hearts and minds to make MSU Denver is a place where employees want to be and feel they belong, in alignment with the 2030 Strategic Plan and MSU Denver’s mission, vision and core CADRE values.

The program will include partnering with content experts across our University community to provide access to knowledge and tools for leaders. Topics and conversations will include leadership styles; diversity, equity and inclusion; and developing a healthy and empowered team culture.

Eligibility

Leaders in roles such as managers, chairs, associate deans, supervisors and directors with at least three direct reports who have been working at MSU Denver for at least six months are eligible to apply after a nomination from their supervisor.

  • A letter/email of support from the applicant’s direct supervisor will be a part of the selection process. Send email to [email protected] by Jan. 18.
