Year-end evaluations open Monday, offering deans and professional-staff members a chance to reflect on accomplishments, measure progress on SMART goals and identify opportunities for development. The process remains grounded in goals and the University’s Leadership Competency Framework, reinforcing the importance of leadership across all roles.
What to expect
The evaluation process will follow a familiar structure. Employees will complete self-assessments, and managers will assess performance based on SMART goals and the Leadership Competency Framework. Core competencies, including collaboration, equity, belonging and innovation, continue to guide how performance and impact are evaluated.
Key dates
Deans and professional staff members will receive an email from Human Resources on May 11 announcing that evaluations are open.
Opens: May 11
Due: June 29
