Metropolitan State University of Denver will launch its refreshed annual Universitywide Employee  Engagement Survey in February. The insights you provide will be critical to the University’s effort to be a desired place of employment in Colorado, in alignment with Pillar V of the 2030 Strategic Plan.

This year’s survey will be developed and distributed to all faculty, staff and student employees by our internal Human Resources and Strategy teams rather than the external vendor Energage, which conducted last year’s survey. This move enables a more detailed and customized approach to understanding work experience, engagement and leader effectiveness.

Charles Kibort

“Our employees are the heart of MSU Denver,” said Charles Kibort, director of Human Resources Operations and Strategy. “This survey is a vital tool for hearing from our faculty and staff, guiding meaningful changes that create a thriving workplace and fueling excellence together.”

The survey will open Feb. 12, and every employee’s input is essential. This is your opportunity to shape MSU Denver’s workplace culture by sharing your unique experiences and ideas for improvement. Your voice matters, and our leaders are listening.

Driving action and results

The feedback you share has a tangible impact. Action plans developed from the results of the previous employee survey are already driving improvements across the University. For details on these initiatives, check out the updated Employee Engagement Survey action plans in this Early Bird article
