Did you know you can still run a low-enrolled course at Metropolitan State University of Denver?
For years, Innovative and Lifelong Learning has helped departments continue to run low-enrolled courses by converting courses to cash-funded and offering instructors a prorated pay rate. This has helped many MSU Denver students experience fewer course cancellations and maintain their course progression and degree requirements.
Students pay only the student share of tuition since cash-funded courses are not Colorado Opportunity Fund-eligible. This provides students with a slightly discounted rate of tuition since they cannot use COF funding to help cover the cost of the course.
