The Human Resources student-employment team is shifting to a partner model to better serve the Metropolitan State University of Denver community and student-employee population. The HR partners for student employees will serve the Academic Affairs, Student Affairs and Administration branches, much like the model used by their colleagues who work with full-time faculty and staff members.
Partners will serve as consultants to MSU Denver faculty and staff members and leadership. Employees are invited to connect with the partners for talent management, culture-building, coaching, employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation and more.
