Follett places rental payment hold on all fall student textbooks
There have been several inquiries regarding charges from the Tivoli Bookstore. Follett has asked to relay the following information:
Due to rental file-processing issues with the new Auraria Higher Education Center contract, Follett has put a campuswide rental-collateral hold on fall student-textbook rentals.
Follett will not charge students, regardless of whether they have received rental reminders and past-due emails (even after a grace period of 15 days), until further notice.
Students can visit the bookstore website or call the bookstore for additional details at 303-556-4286 or 303-556-8803.
