New Workday training helps employees with performance evaluations

Many offerings are available, including Workday Webinars, Open Lab Time, Job Aids and more.

Key Takeaways

  • There are many training resources to support employees through the 2022-23 Performance Management process in Workday.
  • Performance evaluations will be available in Workday beginning June 1.
  • Employees should register for a Performance Evaluation Workday Webinar to learn how to complete self-evals, plus more.

Beginning this year, performance evaluations for administrative staff will be managed in Workday, making the performance-management process much more efficient and user-friendly for both employees and supervisors managing a team.

To help navigate the performance evaluation process in Workday, there are a few resources planned for employees.

In these webinars, employees will learn how to complete self-evaluations; conduct manager evaluations and reviews; and finalize employee acknowledgments, all within Workday. Workday Webinars will be virtual and recorded.
