Twelve Roadrunners recently completed MSU Denver’s LAUNCH program, a leadership development experience designed for faculty and staff members in supervisory roles. LAUNCH focuses on building essential leadership skills and aligning leadership practices with MSU Denver’s mission and CADRE values. Participants also build cross-campus relationships with other leaders.

The program includes three half-day sessions, each combining prework, live instruction and action planning. Participants explore their leadership identity and learn strategies for team engagement. They also develop personalized leadership development plans.

“This program is about more than just learning leadership theory,” said Imani Morning, director of Engagement. “It’s about helping new leaders reflect, connect and lead with intention.”
