Staff and faculty members and administrators are invited to join an interactive, engaging afternoon of brainstorming ideas to improve and enhance students’ transfer experience at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
The first session of three will be Feb. 27 from 2:30-4 p.m. in Jordan Student Success Building Room 400.
The sessions will be led by Meredith Jeffers, Ph.D., and Buffy Ribble, Ph.D., of the MSU Denver Office of Strategic Initiatives and Analytics.
The Student Success Launch, a working group formed to support the University’s Strategic Plan, is focused on identifying opportunities to increase retention and graduate outcomes for all MSU Denver students. The University has made significant progress with transfer credits and has identified the advising process for incoming transfer students, who comprise nearly half the MSU Denver student population, as an area that offers opportunities to improve students’ experience.
