Metropolitan State University of Denver invites faculty and staff members to help rename the annual Spring Update as part of an effort to revitalize the event. The change aims to distinguish the gathering from Welcome Back and to build on the momentum of the well-attended end-of-year Faculty and Staff Appreciation BBQ.
The combined Spring Update and Faculty and Staff Appreciation BBQ is more than just a chance to enjoy good food and warmer weather. The celebration will serve as an informal opportunity for President Janine Davidson, Ph.D., to address the University community, reflecting on the successes and challenges of the academic year while expressing appreciation for the contributions of faculty and staff members.
