The Health Center at Auraria invites Metropolitan State University of Denver employees to participate in weekday Healthy Pursuits fitness classes through the end of the semester.

In addition to the classes being free, all equipment is provided when needed.

Healthy Pursuits classes are intended to serve as an aid in building a holistic model of personal self-care. With the second half of the semester underway, the Health Center at Auraria wants faculty and staff members to have the tools to thrive and not just survive. Whether it is getting your heart rate up and dancing to salsa, cumbia, Afrobeats or funk in Zumba; or practicing grounding, mindfulness and meditation practices in yoga, there are benefits that can bolster your individual resilience.

Classes are taught by Roadrunners of all levels, with a student, faculty and alumnus teacher. For class descriptions, instructor bios and/or schedules, visit the Health Center at Auraria Healthy Pursuits website. Daily classes are also listed on the MSU Denver Events Calendar.
