Kevin McClure, Ph.D. (left), associate professor of Higher Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a national expert on the higher-education workforce, visited to share his insights into what makes a “Caring University” for staff and faculty members. McClure also facilitated a panel discussion of new professionals — those who have worked in higher education for less than five years — to share their experiences at MSU Denver.
