Administrative staff invited to provide feedback on performance evaluation process

Help improve the annual performance-evaluation process by taking a quick, confidential survey.

The Metropolitan State University of Denver Office of Human Resources team thanks all employees who completed 2021-22 performance evaluations.  

To improve and inform future performance– evaluation decisions after the University has transitioned to Workday, staff members are invited to share their performance– evaluation experiences by completing a brief survey.

  • The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. 
  • The survey is anonymous unless the participant chooses to disclose personal information.  
  • All individual responses collected will remain confidential.  
  • A collection of data from all participants will be synthesized to help inform performance– evaluation content, process and user experience for 2023.  
  • Response will help to identify gaps, improve practices and help to strategically transform MSU Denver’s evaluation processes. 

Employees who have completed a self-evaluation and supervisors who need to submit staff evaluations should please check their junk folder for an email from [email protected]. Employees should submit their evaluation or acknowledge their final evaluation as soon as possible.
